Against the background of the German Supply Chain Sourcing Obligations Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetzes, abbr: LkSG), the HDS/L (Bundesverband der Schuh- und Lederwarenindustrie e.V.) among others with associations from the textile and apparel industry, created a joint Code of Conduct for the German textile and fashion industry.

As a member of the HDS/L association, we at Baak GmbH & Co. KG use this Code of Conduct for our company.
