I am the area manager NRW/NS at Baak. What I particularly like is the team spirit at Baak. This is also felt by our partners. And partners often become good friends! In the product committee, I live out my creativity and it’s a lot of fun. Here I also learn a lot about production processes and possibilities to further develop shoes. In my private life I like to cook and if possible I go fishing.

As Head of Sales & Marketing, I manage the internal and external sales teams as well as the marketing team. People are at the center of everything I do. I see my main task as developing and motivating my employees in order to achieve common goals and move the company forward with joy and passion.
To fulfill this role, I focus a lot on myself and work on my personal development every day. I particularly enjoy putting what I have learned into practice and leaving my comfort zone. I also lead a healthy lifestyle, enjoy sports, being in nature and surrounding myself with people who do me good and inspire me.

As technical director of BAAK, I have turned my passion into my profession. I have been able to realize my ideas and turn them into technologies for many years. The fact that I can travel a lot and work with people of different cultures has not only contributed to my development as a technician, but also to my development as a person. Next to the history of antiquity, the most beautiful time for me is the time I can spend with my two children and my partner.

Sport has accompanied me for a large part of my life. I am an ambitious, reliable and disciplined team player. After graduating from high school with recreational sports leader training, I was looking for a cool team with which I can start my professional life. I am a trained businesswoman in wholesale and foreign trade. At Baak, I take care of production planning/purchasing and manage the supply chains from the determination of requirements to the receipt of goods.

I have a wide range of tasks at Baak, which gives me a lot of variety in my day-to-day work. In addition to the vehicle fleet, I work in an area of purchasing and prepare all statistics for the management. Thanks to my more than 25-year affiliation with the soccer club, I enjoy working in a team and always try to keep an overview.

Hi, I am Ingo Grusa.
Together with my son Christian, I am the managing owner and have actually been with Baak since its foundation in 1992. I see my tasks in the operational management as well as a liaison between the departments.
Creating common ground is very important to me professionally and privately as a family man. In my free time I love to hike, climb and enjoy nature in the mountains with my wife Andrea. Since we don’t have the mountains on our doorstep, morning jogs are sporty alternatives that give me strength and satisfaction.
Hi, I am Christian Grusa.
I live in the countryside with my great wife Charlotte and our dog Teddy.
I am an optimist, a generalist rather than a specialist and can get excited about many things such as IT, new work, communication and philosophy.
My personal development has always been very important to me, so I enjoy getting involved in many different topics and continuing my education.
The desire to travel didn’t stop after Charlotte and I quit our jobs in March 2020 and we set out to travel Europe in a converted bus.
Today, at Baak, I can bring my idea of quality of life to everyday professional life. A strict separation is not desirable for me. Rather, I want to convey how work and life can be integrated into everyday life. This is what I try to exemplify. I succeed in this sometimes more, sometimes less ;-).
