I am a passionate area manager in Bavaria and Austria. Talking to people is my passion. And if I can use it to raise awareness for a healthier life, I'll do it true to the motto: hand in hand, with each other! I find peace and quiet when fishing in nature.

Together with my dad, I look after a part of the south, namely beautiful Bavaria.
I really thrive in the field - I'm ambitious, committed and passionate about helping our customers.

At Baak, I am responsible for the distribution of our health-preserving shoes in Berlin and the new federal states. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and raising koi fish.

I am Area Manager NRW/NS at Baak. What I particularly like is the team spirit at Baak. Our partners feel that too. And partners often become good friends! I live out my creativity in the product committee and it's a lot of fun. I also learn a lot about production processes and ways to develop shoes. In my free time, I like to cook and go fishing whenever possible.

I'm Lukas Kuchenbecker, your man in northern Germany! As a true northerner, I not only bring fresh breezes with me, but also an extra portion of quality of life, which I would like to pass on through our safety shoes. My secret recipe? The Moin mentality and a good pinch of Hanseatic humor!

Ik ben al 40 jaar actief op het gebied van voetverantwoorde veiligheidsschoenen in Nederland en België. Innovatief denken, en omzetten naar praktische oplossingen zijn voor mij de pijlers om ieder dag weer vol enthousiasme mijn relaties te adviseren en te begeleiden hoe zij conceptmatig succesvol kunnen zijn in de verkoop. Hobby’s: zoveel mogelijk genieten van alles wat op je levenspad komt.

As an authorized signatory, I am responsible for a wide range of tasks at Baak. The main focus is on managing the back office and logistics. I have a wide range of interests, am spontaneous and have a talent for improvisation. In my free time, I like to travel and enjoy the outdoors with my girlfriend and our dog Mara. I explore the wider area on my bike and enjoy doing things with my children and friends.

I am responsible for our local store and for supporting our sales partners in the internal sales department. What I particularly like about Baak is that I can be who I am here. In my free time, I enjoy being with friends and have a soft spot for dogs.

At Baak, in addition to the internal sales department, I can be deployed in a variety of ways and help wherever I can. The fact that I am an absolute team player became clear when I started playing handball at the age of 7. I'm still passionate about it today and try to finish at the top of the table with my team every year.

I work in internal sales at Baak and look after several areas in Germany. In my free time, I enjoy traveling the world and meeting up with friends. I consider racing to be my passion and have been driving go-karts for over 15 years.

As Technical Director of BAAK, I have turned my passion into my profession. I have been able to realize my ideas and turn them into technologies for many years. The fact that I can travel a lot and work with people from different cultures has not only contributed to my development as a technician, but also to my development as a person. Apart from the history of antiquity, the best time for me is the time I can spend with my two children and my partner.

As a trained shoe fashion designer, office management assistant and sustainability manager, I am responsible for the development and sustainability of our products.
I am hopeful and confident about the future and grateful for what we have.

I am responsible for complaints + incoming goods. I have been with the company for many years and really enjoy my work. In my free time I like to play table tennis and ride my bike, but my favorite thing to do is spend time with my family.

Together with my son Christian, I am the managing owner and have actually been with Baak since it was founded in 1992. I see my role as operational management and as a link between the departments.
Creating common ground is very important to me both professionally and privately as a family man. In my free time, I love hiking in the mountains with my wife Andrea, climbing and enjoying nature. As we don't have the mountains on our doorstep, jogging in the morning is a sporting alternative that gives me strength and satisfaction.

I live in the countryside with my wonderful wife Charlotte and our dog Teddy.
I am an optimist, more of a generalist than a specialist and am passionate about many things such as IT, New Work, communication and philosophy.
My personal development has always been very important to me, so I enjoy working my way into many different topics and continuing my education.
The desire to travel didn't stop after Charlotte and I quit our jobs in March 2020 and we set off to travel Europe in a converted bus.

Today, I can incorporate my idea of quality of life into my everyday working life at Baak. A strict separation is not desirable for me. Instead, I want to convey how work and life can be integrated into everyday life. That's what I try to exemplify. Sometimes I succeed more, sometimes less ;-).
