Against the background of the German Supply Chain Duty of Care Act (LkSG), the HDS/L (German Federal Association of the Footwear and Leather Goods Industry) and other associations from the textile and clothing industry have drawn up a joint Code of Conduct for the German textile and fashion industry.

As a member of the HDS/L Association, we at Baak GmbH & Co. KG, we use this Code of Conduct for our company.
