As Head of Sales & Marketing, I manage the internal and external sales teams as well as the marketing team. People are at the center of everything I do. I see my main task as developing and motivating my employees in order to achieve common goals and move the company forward with joy and passion.
To fulfill this role, I focus a lot on myself and work on my personal development every day. I particularly enjoy putting what I have learned into practice and leaving my comfort zone. I also lead a healthy lifestyle, enjoy sports, being in nature and surrounding myself with people who do me good and inspire me.

I am a passionate regional sales manager in southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Talking to people is my passion. And if I can use it to raise awareness for a healthier life, I'll do it true to the motto: hand in hand, together! I find peace and quiet while fishing in nature.

I am Key Account Manager NRW/NS. I particularly like the Baak team spirit. Our partners also feel this, and they often become good friends! I live out my creativity in the product committee, which is a lot of fun. I learn a lot about production processes and ways to further develop shoes. In my free time, I like to cook and go fishing.

I look after the area from OWL to the Harz mountains and northern Hesse. At Baak, I am responsible for the distribution of our health-preserving safety shoes in Berlin and the new federal states. In my private life, I enjoy traveling and am passionate about rearing koi.

I have been active for 40 years in the field of law enforcement in the Netherlands and Belgium. Thinking innovatively and focusing on practical solutions are the key to me being able to advise my clients with enthusiasm every day and to show them how they can be successful in the market. As Technical Director of Baak, I have turned my passion into my profession. I have been able to realize my ideas and turn them into technologies for many years. The fact that I can travel a lot and work with people from different cultures has not only contributed to my development as a technician, but also to my development as a person. Apart from the history of antiquity, the best time for me is the time I can spend with my two children and my partner.

In technical product management, I accompany our safety shoes from the idea to market maturity. The focus is on functionality, innovation and health. For me, the values of "human, healthy & development" are the standard for every new product that we develop.

With a sound background as a shoe modeler, office management assistant and certified sustainability manager, I am responsible for product development and strategic orientation in the area of sustainability at Baak.
My aim is to combine well thought-out design with ergonomic functionality and added health benefits. It is important to me to work with calm, focus and perseverance on solutions that go beyond short-term trends. Good products are not created in a rush - they need attention, a clear goal and the willingness to scrutinize every detail.
I believe that real innovation grows from inner clarity. That's why I design with vision, a sense of responsibility and the determination to create something that lasts - for people who perform every day and for a future that we can help shape.

I have been a passionate orthopaedic shoe technician for over 30 years. I enjoy giving people a better walking experience. At BAAK, I use my orthopaedic expertise to answer questions about anatomy, foot health and the further development of our products. I also focus on people in my private life: as a certified hypnosis coach, I help people to gain new perspectives and find their way back into life.

I have been part of the Baak team for many years and contribute my experience and diligence to the quality control of our incoming goods and returns management on a daily basis. I really appreciate the varied work and the cooperation with my colleagues - and the trust that is placed in me.
In my free time, I like to be active - whether it's playing table tennis, cycling or spending time with my family.

I work at Baak as an order picker; I am hard-working, helpful and a fun guy. My private passion is our well-tended garden. Family is very important to me, so I like to spend a lot of time with my wife and daughter. Of course, I also love our cat.

I am responsible for outgoing goods. In order picking and dispatch, I make sure that every order leaves our warehouse quickly and reliably. I enjoy working in a team and like the fact that Baak focuses on people. In my free time, I like to do sport.

In the warehouse, I make sure that our products reach our customers safely and on time. Teamwork and reliability are our top priorities. Our corporate values can also be felt in our day-to-day warehouse work - and that makes all the difference for me.

I am mainly responsible for incoming goods. I make sure that all deliveries arrive correctly and in full. This requires diligence - and good teamwork. Just the way it is practiced at BAAK.

I feel really at home in the Baak team. I particularly enjoy the team spirit and the good atmosphere with my colleagues every day. My colleagues and I wear our safety shoes every day at work in the warehouse and we feel very comfortable in them.

At Baak, I am responsible for IT and help out in the team when the shoe pinches somewhere. I appreciate the good teamwork and the values that Baak stands for.
